Sarah Marston is the Director of Communications at Friends of the Global Fight. She leads the communications team, enhancing Friends’ advocacy through strategic writing, editing, design, content development and media relations.
Previously, Sarah served as the Public Information Officer at Harvard Law School, where she collaborated with faculty and administrators on strategic communications, media relations and crisis mitigation. She also ran Harvard Law’s social media channels and managed press for high-profile visitors and events.
Before Harvard, Sarah worked at The Washington Post, where her roles included producing and editing digital content, writing for the Metro desk, and producing live broadcast segments in The Post’s TV/radio studio.
She graduated from the University of Maryland with dual B.A. degrees in journalism and art/graphic design.
