Kim Cernak, Deputy Director of Friends of the Global Fight Against AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, had this letter published in The New York Times today. In her letter, she highlights the results that can be achieved by fully funding the Global Fund.
The return on investment is tremendous: For every $100 million, 2.3 million H.I.V.-AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria infections can be averted, and $2.2 billion will be spurred in long-term economic gains.
